Nestled between the Pelmo and Civetta Mountain range in the Val Fiorentina, in the village of Pescul sits our dear chalet.
For a family holiday or with friends with the possibility to accommodate 6 people.
We are located on the second top floor (no lift).
Our apartment has the most amazing views of the mountains and Pescul village...you can snuggle in bed in the morning and check if the lift is open before hitting the slopes!!

The space
The main living area, with a three seater sofa and TV area, opens onto the kitchen and dining area. From the living room and the kitchen our guests have direct access to the fully covered terraces, great spaces to use both in summer and winter to enjoy magical views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a very efficient electric oven and gas range cooker. The dining table can accomodate up to 8 people and can be reduced in size if needed.
The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with SPA shower to relax after a day skiing or walking, the second bedroom is next to the family bathroom also fitted with shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the covered balconies The third double bedroom is on the mezzanine, accessible by a wooden steep ladder. this bedroom has limited heard hight.

The guests can access the whole apartment and the garage.

Other things to note
The heating cost and the cost of the wood for the fireplace are charged separately @ Euros 180 per week to be paid prior arrival via bank transfer. Bank details will be provided after the booking is completed.
