The space
Your closed room has 2 levels:
- on the ground floor, a desk with a dressing room
- on the 1st floor, the night area with a 160 x 200 bed. The bedroom opens onto the veranda with access to your bathroom/WC.

The bedroom, office and bathroom with toilet are private (for your own use).

This beautiful space renovated in 2022 is a mix of old and contemporary style with steel, glass, stone, parquet, beams and greenery.

The veranda, kitchen and garden are shared with my little Morkie (puppy) called Joséphine and myself.

I will welcome you in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

For your information, bed and bath linens are rigorously sanitized. Strict hygiene rules are applied at each change of visitor.
The bedding is new and of quality.

Following several inappropriate behaviors of couples choosing a room with the inhabitant, I am obliged to specify that it is not allowed to have noisy frolics, nor to knock against the walls day or night.

Following abuse, I no longer allow cooking or preparing meals. Only warming up a dish in the microwave is tolerated.

This place isn't suitable for children under 14 for safety reasons.

Guest access
Access: 100 rue Francin, 33800 BORDEAUX (doorbell). The keys will be entrusted to you upon check-in. Please respect the premises.

The arrival (6pm-11pm) and departure (before 11am) time slots are wide to accommodate as many people as possible.
It is imperative that you give me your schedules as soon as you book.

Luggage drop-off and pick-up outside of time slots and arrivals before 6 p.m. are possible but only by agreement.

During your stay
I live there and will be at your disposal for your special requests.

I will be reachable on my cell phone at all times during your stay.
