Aloha Airbnb World! My name is Richard and I have been living in Hawaii for 10 years now. I am originally from Texas, so you'll notice the occasional "How y'all doing?". I am so happy to be living here in Hawaii and hope to live out the rest of my life in this amazing place. Over the last few of years I have had the pleasure of being involved in real estate and property management/vacation rentals. In my off time, I spend time taking care of my dog, Peanut, and enjoy spending time on the beach and hiking the mountains.
I have a deep passion for hosting guests who are visiting the islands and enjoy sharing with them my personal experiences and knowledge to enhance their stay here. I am always looking forward to the opportunity to host people from around the world and sharing our "Aloha" spirit with them!
Btw, seriously, I do have the best guests in the world:)
