Nadia's place was great. It was the right size for me traveling by myself. The kitchen stocked with pots and pans and clothes washer made my traveling costs manageable. There was no dishwasher but three was a rack and stuff to wash things. There is no dryer but I hung my clothes over the apartment overnight and they were dry by morning. The wifi was strong enough for me to stream my Netflix. The shower/toilet is an all in one room and a bit tiny. If one is tall or larger in stature you may find it a bit cramped. It is located on the 2nd floor which means two flights of Dutch steep stairs, which tend to be at almost a 40 degree angle with sturdy handrails. The location to public transportation was great, just a couple of blocks away and some days I just walked to and from Centrum. There is a grocery store just about 4 blocks away as well as an open air market with produce and baked goods. I was able to hop one train to take me to Centraal station to head onto the next leg of my journey. All in all, great value, easy to stay there, would do it again. Thanks Nadia!

Cosy place few minutes walk to the museum area. Nadia was very responsive and has some good tips about Amsterdam.

Nadia's space is adorable, quiet, and clean. The neighborhood is amazing, close to lots of things and to center city. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to and there was also a tram stop nearby. We had a wonderful time and would recommend.

I had an amazing time in Amsterdam, Nadia's apartment is great, really bright and well furnished (the bed is very comfy). It has all the amenities you would need when staying in an air bnb. Nadia had left a lot of information on things to do in Amsterdam on the table for our arrival which was extremely helpful. The bathroom is small but it definitely isn't a problem- I found the shower pressure fine. The location is fantastic, on a quiet and quaint street only a 20-30 minute walk from the centre. We only used transport to get to and from the airport, we walked everywhere. The stairs up to the apartment are very small and steep which may not suit everyone, again it wasn't a problem for me. I'd be more than happy to stay here again, thanks Nadia!

Nadia's apartment was as described: clean, central, quiet, and close to public transit. I never got to meet her, but she was very communicative and provided clear directions to her place. The neighbourhood is nice and safe and I would stay there again.

Nadia greeted us upon arrival. Her apartment is extremely clean and is in a fantastic location-- quiet and seems to be a very up and coming area. There is a great cafe at the end of the street, which was our end of night stop. Amsterdam is an awesome city and this place was perfect as a hub to walk to all of the main attractions. Nearby is 9 streets, which is great for small boutiques, the park is so close, and we walked to central a couple of times, which was a really nice way to see the city. The downfalls--- the bathroom was extremely small-- I'm 5'7" and had to sit size ways to use the toilet... the shower does not have a door and was also very small, so after the shower you have to squeegee the bathroom so that the water would go down the drain. Otherwise, it was a nice shower and again, very clean. Our main downfall was the construction that was happening during our stay, which Nadia did not mention to us prior to arriving. The windows were being restored and we had men on scaffolding outside our window for two days straight--- not to mention the extremely loud sanding / scraping noise and fumes from the strong smell of wood filler... Also, it was 90+ degrees and we had no ventilation or way of getting a breeze in the apartment due to the windows being closed... We would not have stayed here knowing this, which I am disappointed about. I am sure once the work is done, it will improve the apartment, but because of this it made our stay very frustrating and unpleasant. There was literally no place to get dressed and the 7am wake up call with the sander was not our idea of a holiday... Let alone the suffocation of the strong fumes and extreme heat conditions... It is a shame because the apartment was lovely otherwise...
