The space
The bedrooms

Both bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind. Each room features a cozy queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for all guests.

Fresh linens, ample storage space, and soft, comfortable bedding are provided to make you feel right at home. The calming presence of indoor plants in both rooms adds to the peaceful ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The kitchen & dining areas

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a full meal. It includes all the utensils you’ll need to feel like a local chef.

The dining area, located just off the kitchen, is bright and airy, with seating for four, making it a great spot for meals or casual conversations.

Living area & outdoor space

The open living room is the heart of the flat, with comfy seating, a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings in.

Step outside to the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the surrounding views.

Location

Situated in the peaceful and desirable neighborhood of Upper Claremont, you’re just a short stroll away from some of the area's best restaurants, cafes, and shops. The local park is also nearby, providing a beautiful green space to relax or enjoy a walk. Whether you prefer exploring the area on foot or using public transport, you’ll find it easy to get around.

Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire flat, including the living areas, kitchen, dining space, bathrooms, and private balcony.

We’re lucky to have excellent 24-hour security at The Quadrant. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free stay, please send us a copy of your ID before arrival so we can sign you in at the front desk.

The building amenities, including the heated pool, gym (please note we only have two memberships for the gym, and they can’t be shared between guests), and one undercover parking space, are available for your use. If you’d like to use the gym, please let me know in advance of your stay, as we’ll need to complete a short form and require a copy of your ID.

The pool is in the gym and is for exercising.

The Quadrant provides a wide range of entertainment options, including dining at its restaurants, relaxing with a massage, or getting a fresh haircut. It’s conveniently located just 450 meters from the picturesque Ardene Gardens, 1 kilometer from Cavendish Square shopping mall, and 1.7 kilometers from the Newlands Cricket Grounds.

Located directly across from Kingsbury Hospital, our apartment offers a peaceful sanctuary for patients receiving treatment and their visiting family members. It’s the perfect place to unwind and find some tranquility during a healthcare journey, offering a comforting space for rest and support.

For any power outages we have an Eco flow portable power station for certain appliances.
