The Pines Townhomes are large, stylish and perfectly located. You’ll love the quality craftsmanship, luxurious décor and appointments, and open floor plans — and, being next to Peak 8’s 4 O’Clock Run, you can easily ski back for a quick lunch and be back on the Snowflake lift in minutes. Not to mention, you’re only about a mile from all the shops, restaurants and activities in downtown Breckenridge!

Pines Townhome 113 is a great find: a large (2,600 square feet), comfortable townhome with all the amenities — and the 4 O’Clock Run just outside the back door! You get ski in/ski out convenience, a private deck with hot tub right on the slopes, and more.

You’ll love the large kitchen with maple cabinets, granite counters and LG appliances. The large dining table seats 8, and there’s room for two at the counter. The living area is bright and airy, with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a large LCD-TV and plenty of seating. There’s also a cozy family room downstairs with another TV — a perfect spot for the kids to hang out, play games or take in their favorite movie.

Of course, everyone will love the large private deck with your own hot tub, gas grill and mountain views. Slide in and ease those tired bone after a day on the slopes. Directions to our Breckenridge Office from Denver for Check-in:
Take I-70 west to exit 203 (CO-9 South). At the top of the exit follow the roundabout to Hwy 9 South towards Breckenridge. Continue 9.6 miles to the second roundabout just as you enter the Town of Breckenridge. Stay on left lane. At the roundabout, proceed straight through the roundabout to access Main Street Breckenridge. Turn right at the second light, Ski Hill Road, and turn immediately left into the first parking lot with a large brown building. You will see "Summit Rentals" on the building sign. Building address is 111 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge. Short term parking is available for check-ins in front of the building. Summit Mountain Rentals is located up the stairs and to your right.
