Sitting behind an electronic gate, Great Turtle Villa is tucked into a beautifully landscaped hillside and offers commanding views of Coral Bay, the Caribbean Sea and Bordeaux Mountain.
Four air conditioned bedrooms are featured in two, two story pavilions with a delightful pool in between. The main level of the west pavilion showcases Great Turtle’s living and dining areas, the fully equipped kitchen, powder room and laundry closet. Opening out from the kitchen and living areas, screened French doors lead you to a covered verandah.
Whether used for alfresco dining, rocking on the comfy wicker rocking chairs, grilling out with cocktails or just sitting and enjoying the view, you’ll quickly fall in love with everything Great Turtle Villa has to offer. The main level’s second pavilion features an air conditioned Yellow Suite, complete with a high ceiling, king bed and bath. The French doors allow you views, even from your bed.
A staircase leads down from the verandah to the pool level. There you’ll find three air conditioned bedroom/bath suites (with 2 queens and 1 king – or 2 twins if desired), the office and a tropical rock garden. Safety gates are offered at the pool, a favorite of parents. The Green Suite is nearest the pool and garden, offering a queen bedroom with ensuite bath.
Moving to the other side of the pool and gardens, you’ll find the Blue Suite (king or 2 twins) and Pink Suite (queen). A large covered deck, hammock and home office are found in this wing as well. A mixture of antiques and tropical furnishings make Great Turtle Villa feel like your beach home.
The location offers you close access to the North Shore beaches and the nearby Coral Bay waterfront eateries and bars. The quieter side of St. John calls you to Great Turtle Villa, and the panoramic views will want to make you stay forever!

Accidental Damage Waiver Policy: We require a $60 non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver fee for all reservations. This fee is in lieu of a damage deposit and covers all minor accidental damage or breakage up to $1000. If damage occurs during a stay, please let us know immediately and it will be paid for by Caribbean Villas Management. This privilege is offered to you as our way of saying thank you for your business. This policy does not cover intentional acts that result in damage, gross negligence, willful and wanton conduct, or any cause if the Guest fails to report the damage to Caribbean Villas Management before departure. Coverage does not apply to theft or damage of any property owned by or brought onto the premises by a guest. In cases of abuse and malicious damage to rental property the Guest will reimburse Agent and/or Owner the amount of all damage including attorney's fees.
The Accidental Damage Waiver will be applied towards breakage, damage, missing items, additional cleaning for villas left abnormally dirty, long distance calls charged to the telephone, and other charges incurred before, during or after your stay, still outstanding. All normal utilities (except for long distance phone calls or careless or excessive use of property’s utilities) are included in your rental price unless otherwise noted on your rental invoice. You hereby agree to pay Caribbean Villas Management on behalf of the owner of your property the cleaning or replacement costs for all damages to personal property or to the real estate, which may occur as a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear which exceed the coverage amount. Locked pantries and closets are reserved for the use of the property owner and are not included in this rental. You as the Guest agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that your family and other guests in your party adhere to the rules and regulations affecting your property. All properties are privately owned, so decor, colors and inventories will of course vary. All properties are fully furnished, including an ample supply of bed linens and towels for Guests’ use.
