Barrio Ayora is a very nice area that is located near the beach, Oceanografic, downtown Valencia and a large Aqua and Corté Inglés shopping mall.
It also has a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafes - bakeries just minutes from the accommodation.

We also have a huge park in front of the accommodation and a public pool with a sauna and Turkish bath.
