Wake to the sounds of nature in this beautiful semi-private neighborhood. Quiet shaded streets offer running, walking and biking. Enjoy the waterfall shower after a long day or take a relaxing stroll. Premises are under security surveillance 24/7.
Like the beach? Drive to several within 45 minutes including Assateague Island National Seashore with its wild horse population.
Kayaking, bowling, golf, breweries, the Salisbury Zoo, and Minor League Baseball are just a few miles away.

The space
Welcome to Nottingham Woods! Our property is located in a semi-private wooded community. Specifically, the studio apartment is located above my private health practice workspace and we live in the detached house. While we cannot expand the 5'x5' bathroom space, there's plenty of room for guest parking. Enjoy your stay!

Guest access
Currently guest access is limited to the apartment itself. An air mattress is available for additional guests as needed.

Other things to note
Our beautiful wooded community offers the beauty of nature including songbirds, rabbits, woodpeckers, and more. Please do not be alarmed if you see a squirrel outside of your door, or an occasional lost and wandering insect! Summer nights are full of firefly light. Fireworks occur almost weekly at the Shorebirds baseball stadium a few miles away and can be heard on occasion. The 5'x5' bathroom space is the original footprint and unable to be expanded so please be mindful of that if you need something roomier. Thank you for staying!
