Rosa was a very welcoming host. Happy to let me do my own thing but also friendly to chat to. The room was a decent sized double bedroom with ample storage space. The apartment is within 15mins walk to the SkyTrain or there is a public bus which stops only a block away.

Rosa's place is a great base to explore Vancouver. A nice double room with full use of kitchen and laundry facilities. The road can be quite noisy but I always use ear plugs while travelling and I slept just fine. The location is perfect - 5 minute walk to Commercial Drive and …

It's a welcoming and functional place to stay a few days to visit Vancouver city. 10-15 minutes walk to the skytrain. Rosa is a friendly person who would help you if you need so.

The space was not as advertised. It was very dirty and smelled strongly of cat urine. The host was very unfriendly and rushed. Frankly she was rude. We were not able to stay and had to make alternate arrangements.

WOW! A yoga teacher? wearing tons of cheap perfume.... who cannot provide a room for her elderly mother in the city where she lives.... My house is as rated by my guests: clean, friendly, welcoming....

Rosa was a really friendly and welcoming host who also left me private space. She helped me a lot when I was ill during the trip. There was good public transport which helped me explore the city. And the kitty was extremely cute! :-)

We are a mom and a daughter. She is 18 years old and works at a protein bar and I am a freelance translator/interpreter. Things that matter to us are social justice and living a clean life. We are LGTB- friendly and 420 friendly.
