The property has been recently renovated to a high standard inside. The outside area is not yet finished to the same standard as the inside but still makes for a very comfortable area to dine, relax. The garden area is kid friendly with a swingset and trampoline.

Welcome to our Chalet. We hope that your stay is thoroughly enjoyable and that the accommodation is everything you expected. To ensure that the chalet remains to the highest standard for the rest of the season and for the enjoyment of future guests, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Exit Information
Unless you have pre-arranged a late check out with us, the chalet must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure. Please leave the chalet as you would wish to find it, ensuring that you have completed all of the items on the departure checklist below.

Respect for others in the Residence
It is unacceptable to make excessive noise in or outside the chalet between the hours of 22:00 and 07:00. If you are leaving for an early flight, please be as quiet as possible when you vacate. Whenever you leave the building, we ask that you do so quietly and try not to congregate outside as there are full time residents that also live in the area.

SmokingSmoking is not allowed in any parts of the chalet. If you smoke in outside areas please ensure that cigarette butts are extinguished and correctly disposed of.

Keys
On arrival you have a secure key box located on between the patio doors 1 key for main entrance door will be left inside this box. A second key will be left inside the chalet. The key box code will be sent to you before arrival. Please ensure that the front door of the building is locked at all times, day and night.

On departure please close and lock the chalet door and return the remaining key to the secure key box just outside the entrance door and scramble the code. Leave the second key inside the property on the dinning room table.

Parking
You can park your car at the front of the chalet, there is also addition parking space on the side of the house and another at the rear if required. Please do not block the road as the servitude is used by other residence of the street. Behind the house there are two parking spaces, one belongs to our neighbour.

Rubbish
Recycling bins are located a short distance from the chalet as you head into town near the park. Please ensure that you regularly dispose of all rubbish in the correct bins and do not leave rubbish at the end of the drive during the day. There is a black plastic bin at the rear of the property for temporarily disposing of rubbish before making the trip to the recycling bins.

Departure Checklist

Breakages – please leave a note of any breakages
Food - please remove and throw away all food from cupboards (feel free to bag up anything you think cleaners or following guests might like)
Fridge – please empty and clean all areas
Chalet Manual – please leave the red information book on the table in the chalet as it is required for the next guests.
Keys - please leave 1 key on table, lock chalet door & place 2nd key back in the secure key box outside your door & scramble code
Linen – please place all used linen (NOT mattress/pillow protectors) in bath.
Oven – please empty and clean all areas including trays
Rubbish – please place in external bins as detailed in the guidelines above.
Soiled items – please set aside any soiled duvets, mattress protectors & pillows for cleaning. These will be charged at £10 per item for dry cleaning.
Smoking – we run a strict no-smoking policy in all our chalet. Residual evidence of smoking (odour/cigarette butts on balcony) will result in deductions from your deposit
Washing up – please empty dishwasher & replace all items tidily in the cupboards in which you found them.

Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.

The place is amazing, with an outstanding and unobstructed view of "L'aiguille du midi", from the dinning and living room, as well as the terrace outside. The place is located less than 10 minutes walk from prime spots in Chamonix, which make the location a no brainer compare to an hotel. It's was just renovated with great taste, super clean and cozy. It makes a perfect place for family. We'll definitely return to this place.

Fantastic location with a spectacular mountain view. James is a perfect host . We did not understand how to get the key and he gave us 100% assistance .. Very patient and helpful...very flexible we change our program and he did really the best to satisfy us. It's not my first time with Airbeb and really this is the best house. Modern functional and full of amenities. Chamonix center is walking distance. Really perfect place.thanks for this wonderful stay.. I really suggest..
