Walk to Nantucket Sound! This cute contemporary vacation home is just down the street from Chatham’s beautiful Nantucket sound. Nestled near Pleasant Street Beach in South Chatham, this charming 4-bedroom house offers a relaxing retreat with central AC, a refreshing outdoor shower, and a secluded picturesque backyard. A short walk to the beach makes it an ideal coastal getaway.

The space
This 4-bedroom 3-bath home with central AC has a fabulous open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling living room, dining room and kitchen. There is plenty of great space for everyone to relax and unwind.

A spacious kitchen is a vacation home luxury, and this is a perfect space to prepare and enjoy a meal with your friends and family. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking tools that one might need. The dining area has a table that comfortably seats eight guests. The adjacent living room is open and bright, offering a great spot to lounge and maybe even watch a movie. The living room includes a TV and lots of books and games to enjoy.

A great deck area off the dining room leads to a blue stone patio and outdoor shower. 3 decks overlook a spacious back yard that offers the perfect space for outdoor games, or to relax in the evening under the stars. A propane grill is available for use, which is an awesome addition to any family gathering or getaway.

The 1st bedroom is a large primary bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bath, and a small deck leading to the secluded backyard. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed, also with an en-suite bath. The 3rd bedroom features two twin beds and is perfect for kids or guests. Across the hall from this bedroom is a third bathroom, with a tub and shower. To sleep additional guests, this home also has a 4th breezeway bedroom that is attached to the primary bedroom as an entryway for that room. Linens and towels will be provided.

There is a washer & dryer available in the basement. The house also comes with 4 beach chairs for guest use.

Guest access
This is a single family home with a large private back yard. Guests have access to the entire property other than the garage which may be accessed only to access the beach chairs.

Other things to note
Please note that 4th bedroom is a pass-through bedroom to leading to the primary bedroom.
