Sleeping Arrangements:

* Memory foam King-size bed in the master bedroom.
* Loft features a queen bed and a twin bed.
* Queen-size murphy bed in the living room.

Beach Access and Amenities:

* Direct access to the beach via the Surf HOA access.
* Linens and towels provided; beach chairs recommended to bring along.

What to Bring:

* Beach towels, toys and supplies
* Streaming logins for Smart TVs
* Toiletries, extra paper goods, laundry pods for laundry if desired

Linens and Paper Goods:

* Full set of freshly laundered linens and towels staged for each bed and guest.
* "Kitchen pack" with sponge and dish towel included.
* Enough paper towels and toilet paper to get your group started.

Kitchen Items Provided:

* Toaster, regular coffee pot, blender, utensils, pots/pans, and more.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the unit minus the owner's personal closet. This includes all of the amenities Surf has to offer (Laundromat, fitness center, grilling area, beach access, seasonal pool - open Apr-Sept 8a-8p)
