Woratep was a superhost! Communication was super fast since the beggining. He replies promptly and accuratly to every question and he is very accommodating. Indeed, he even offered to pick us up from our previous accommodation and take us to the apartment, which was incredible nice! (thanks again).
Check in and check out very fast and easy going, really convenient. The building is impressive: library, pool, gym, supermarket (we ate a lot of times food cooked by them and this was good and convenient) and even a van that departs every 30 mins to the BTS station and the mall (which were 4-5 mins walking distance!!).
Facilities at the apartment were correct, enough crockery for 2, micro, big fridge, aircon (very needed), iron, hairdryer, big TV. Great bed, super comfy, as they were the sheets and towels, clean and fluffy. For light sleepers as we are, a bit difficult to sleep from 8am as downstairs there were a plot where it seems people work hitting metal, and as the windows are not double glazing, you can hear it a lot even being at the 21st floor (only problem for sleeping, not later on. And I'm a VERY light sleeper, maybe someone normal :-) doesn't realize or be annoyed by it). For the rest, we didn't heard a word from neighbours, traffic (great, because the apartment is not oriented to the highway!) or anything, it's very quiet.
Coming back from Chinatown by taxi only costed us 10 minutes and 70 baths. Also we took the BTS to then take the boats, but I think going by taxi could be faster and cheaper if you are more than 2. Go to Don M airport on Thursday around 11am around 30 minutes (great!) and 300 baths (plus highway tolls). It was easy to grab a taxi at the door, as there is a big highway there.
We would stay here again if coming back to Bangkok.
