Give the shuttle company a call with two days' notice to schedule a ride and enjoy door to door service between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm. Not one for pre-planning your outings? Not a problem! The owners of this property even pay for two private, reserved garage spaces in downtown Breckenridge free for your unlimited use - unheard of in this town!
Enjoy the convenience of ski-in ski-out access just 50 steps from the front door, via a private neighborhood trail system. To see a great video of how to ski in and out of this home to and from the ski resort, do an online search for "Gold King ski in access" and "Gold King ski out access". Note that the trail may be a little tricky for snowboarders and beginning skiers, and there's not always enough snow in early- or late-season conditions. But don't worry, if you're not up for skiing in and out, the two parking spots in downtown Breckenridge are within walking distance to the Quicksilver lift on Peak 9, and they're always available for you.
This home was recently remodeled in Fall 2015 with all new kitchen appliances, new windows and flooring throughout. Guest interaction is limited, but we are always here to help if you have a problem. We don't have a check-in or check-out; you will go straight to the unit and let yourself in using the door code.
Other things to note
NOTE: The listed 2-night minimum does not apply to all times. At certain times of the year we have a longer minimum; however, we can often accommodate stays as short as 2 nights on weeknights, or last-minute requests, or if your stay fits well into the calendar. For these reasons, we accept short stays all the time. If you'd like a short stay, go ahead and inquire and we'll do our best to accommodate you or refer you to a similar property that can accommodate you.

USE. The premises will be used as a temporary residence for no more than 22 persons.
PARKING. Tenant understands that there is sufficient parking for six vehicles in the driveway. The garage is set up as a lounge/mud room; therefore there is no space for vehicles in the garage. Excess vehicles must not be parked on the public roadway.
PATIO / SPA / HOT TUB. The spa / hot tub is in an open-air setting on the patio; therefore it is exposed to the elements, as is the patio itself. For this reason, the concrete around the spa / hot tub can become VERY SLIPPERY due to ice buildup. Tenant agrees to use the spa / hot tub and patio with extreme caution. By agreeing to these terms & conditions, Tenant accepts full responsibility for the use of the spa / hot tub. Stay Summit and the property Owner will not be liable for injuries or damages as a result of spa / hot tub use. Tenant shall hold Stay Summit harmless with respect to spa / hot tub use.
PARTIES. Sorry, no parties, events, weddings, or ceremonies are allowed at the premises without the prior written consent of Stay Summit. No more than 22 persons shall be present on the premises at any time.
ANIMALS. No animals will be brought on the premises without prior consent of Stay Summit.
SMOKING. Tenant or his or her family, invitees, or guests will not smoke anywhere inside the structure, including any garage. Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 charge plus all necessary cleaning and odor elimination costs.
MINIMUM AGE. Tenant represents that Tenant is at least 25 years of age.
