The apartment is at the second floor in a beautiful building overlooking Piazza San Cosimato, one of the most charming squares in the heart of Trastevere.
The apartment has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom; each room has a window. Other services are: air conditioning, free WI-F, boiler with production of hot water and heating.
All the furniture was purchased new, the same thing for home appliances; the apartment is decorated in a modern style.
There is a double bed, a sofa bed in the livingroom and an additional single bed could be added on request, in the large hall .
The maximum capacity is 5 people.
The tourist tax of 3.5 euro per person per night is not included in the price; children under 10 do not pay the tax.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed and will be given information and material on the use of the holiday house and how to move in Rome with interesting tips on where to eat and what to visit.

Today, the Trastevere district is among the most beautiful and characteristic areas of Rome , the center of nightlife , food and wine , open-air theater of marvelous squares ( Trilussa square , Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, Piazza S. Cosimato ... ) , churches and historic streets , emblem of the Roman ancient and contemporary .
Viale Trastevere, a few steps from the leads in the historic center of Rome, very well connected by tram n ° 8 that leads to Largo Argentina .

The holiday home overlooking Piazza San Cosimato where every morning there is a market for fruit and vegetables where you can comfortably go shopping.
Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, the square symbol of the neighborhood is 350 meters walk.
Campo dei Fiori is about a kilometer walking; to get to St. Peter's Basilica are about two kilometers on foot and to get to the Coliseum are less then three kilometers.
Obviously you can use public transport, including the convenient tram 8 takeing you to Largo Argentina (Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona) in few minutes.
Other things to note
The TOURIST TAX of 3.5 euro per person per night IS NOT INCLUDED in the price of the stay, it will be paid cash on your arrival; children under 10 years do not pay the tourist tax.
CHECK-IN is from 15.00 to 22.00. If you plan to arrive earlier report it in advance, we will do everything to accommodate you.
For arrivals after H 22:00 is required an extra charge of EUR 30.00, while please note that on the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am
The fastest and most convenient way to join us from the airport is definitely a private car transfer. We signed an agreement with a private taxi society that will allow you to join the apartment in about 30 min. Price is 45 euro (for 2/3 people traveling with hand luggage) and 55 euro if you are 4.
TO REACH THE HOLIDAY HOUSE FROM FIUMICINO AIRPORT FCO
Take the train "direct" (NOT the one that goes to the termini called Leonardo Express) and get off at TRASTEVERE STATION. Get out of the station, cross the square and in the middle of the wide avenue, on the left of the station, there is the stop of the TRAM 8. Get off at TRASTEVERE MASTAI (5 stops). Walk along VIA FRATTE DI TRASTEVERE then a piece of VIA MANARA and turn left. You have arrived at PIAZZA SAN COSIMATO; we are at number 30.
All guests of the Holiday House "Vera a Trastevere" are required, regardless of the extent of the use of the structure, to comply with the following regulations.
Rules of the house and building
- Guests must attain to a respectful behavior inside and out the holiday house, keeping the house in order and ensure through proper utilization, that they do not suffer any damage.
- During 10 pm till 8 am and from 2 pm till 4 pm, the tone of voice and volume of television should be kept low by avoiding loud noises.
- At your arrival we kindly ask you a document to apply registration form. Departure time is at 10 am
- Guests are requested not to linger in the hall or on the stairs of the building so as not to injure the tranquility of the apartment buildings. When guests leave the house with luggage, please don't trial them on the stairs, but must lift them up.
- Whenever guest gets out of the holiday house, please check main door and windows are closed.
- The tools, equipment and everything is provided for your use of the structure and operation, must be placed in the position assigned.
- The beds should be used with the sheets.
- The place must be vacated within the stipulated terms and conditions similar to those at the time of delivery.
- At the end of the stay the manager will check the condition of the rooms and equipment.
- It 's forbidden to smoke inside the house.
- It is not allowed to bring animals inside the house.
