A 170 square m holiday home, 1000 Sqe m garden. Designed and set out for family holidays, in a peaceful residential area. 500m to the supermarket and summer shuttlebus stop. The house is full of games, toys/ board games, the garden is very family (and eco) friendly. Internet is provided but no TV. It sleeper 16 comfortably, 19 is possible!, 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms (4 x double sleeping sofa), laundry room, 2 covered patios. Garden seating, gas BBQ, firepit. Free parking. Pet friendly.

The space
This listing is the combination of 2 interconnected apartments, so you get the whole villa. There are NOT 23 rooms, airbnb count each area (patio etc) as a room. 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, larndry room. Centrally located but set in a quiet neighbourhood (forest zone) 800 m to lego house, 600m to the supermarket/free shuttlebus pickup (seasonal). The property has been designed for families by a family. The house is filled with toys and games (no TV but there is internet) Mature garden with BBQ, covered seating areas, play area, eco areas and swing/low level climbing frame. Laminate (childproof :-) ) flooring and easy wipe down surfaces. The house is not full of delicate antiques, it's a place for kids to play and have fun.

Only the external garage is locked off. You have 4 off road parking spots, also plenty more room on the roadside for parking.

Other things to note
When possible, we offer free early checkin and late checkout to guests. When we cannot, we offer bag storage. Guests can drop off and pick up their bags 300m from the bus station.

Dogs are permitted if booked, there is a deep cleaning fee for this. Real service dogs are hosted free providing a copy of the service license is posted. The house is clean and newly painted but it is an older property, some windows take a push to open, there are a few chips in the floor. This does make the place very child friendly, we do not charge for silly minor accidents.
The stuff we have to say -
We expect your children to be screaming shouting and laughing all day but we do request between 11pm and 7am that external noise is not excessive, we have great neighbours. The property cannot be booked for parties and the lead guest is responciple for excess cleaning costs due to unregistered guests. Attempting to hold a party is a violation of the agreement and we may immediarely terminate your stay without issuing any refund. ( A party is usually defined with unregistered guests, just talk to us first for a family get together etc). Undeclared pets ( or smoking inside the house) requires us to do an emergency deep clean this will result in a fee of at least 2000kr. Just smoke outside (there's seats and an ashtray) and inform us of animals, it's easy.

Where you’ll be

Billund, Denmark

Close to Billund and the centre of town but set in a quiet residential area at the end of a one way road. The area is within the designated forest area so you may see pheasants and hares in the garden (if you get up early enough). The property has a very large garden, part of it is fenced for small children. Lots of outside seatng, a covered veranda area for rainy days.
