Recent updates include a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, updated bathroom fixtures, new lighting, new dishwasher, washer/dryer and hot water heater, and fresh interior paint. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi and TVs throughout the home, including a 75" TV in the living room.

Location
Enjoy a peaceful resort setting while remaining close to Orlando's top attractions. Disney is less than 30 minutes away (traffic dependent), and Universal is approximately 45 minutes away. Publix is less than 1 mile away, with Walmart, Target, restaurants and shopping all conveniently nearby. The resort amenities are less than a 5-minute walk from the townhome.

You'll also find a convenient half bath, spacious living room with a 75" TV, dining area with seating for six, four additional bar stools at the kitchen counter, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Second Floor
The second floor features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a washer/dryer and linen closet.
The primary bedroom includes a king bed, dresser, two nightstands, 55" TV and walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom features a double-sink vanity and large tub/shower.
The third bedroom includes a full-size bed and twin bed, dresser and 32" TV.
The fourth bedroom features two twin beds, dresser and 32" TV. A full hallway bathroom serves the third and fourth bedrooms.

The full townhouse is available to the guest and has parking for 2 cars in front of the townhouse.
