Guest access
We do have other tenants in our garage with a separated entrance from the main house. They do not have access to the main house or the backyard to ensure your stay is private! You are otherwise welcome to use the rest of the house. Please make yourself feel right at home!
Please note, we have a strict no party policy and will not tolerate parties or gatherings of any kind. You will be removed from the premises, will NOT be given any kind of refund.
Please also keep in mind that we have a ZERO tolerance policy on any violations of all short term rental ordinances and our house rules. No over occupancy - the occupancy listed on the agreement is the only occupancy allowed in the property. No additional guests allowed at any time.
