We stayed at Robert's with out 15-month old son for 10 days. Communication was seamless before and during our stay. Although Robert was abroad at the time, he really tried to make our stay trouble-free, and was available throughout.
The flat was more than big enough for us; I'd say four adults could sleep there - there is a double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living-room. The kitchen is equipped well enough, and there is a dishwasher, which is a lifesaver. Everything works. There isn't a TV; which wasn't a big deal for us, we don't own one anyway. The WiFi is good.
The flat faces a courtyard, which means that not much natural light gets in, but then neither does the noise of the street. Two short flights of stairs lead to the entrance, they are wide enough for a pushchair.
There is a bakery right next door, a restaurant opposite, several small convenience stores and a pharmacy very close by, and a large supermarket about five minutes' walk away. Major transport links are a 5-minute trolley-bus ride away, even by foot one can easily reach areas of interest.
All in all, a nice place rented by a brilliant host. Highly recommended.
