A little nook with an ironing board/iron. Living room/kitchen space with 2-seater island bench, L-shape (which folds out into a double-size sofa bed) and a little balcony to catch some rays.

Interaction with guests
I or my partner Axel (whom live here usually) will have 24/7 online access to respond to any queries you may have, so please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
The apartment is in the heart of Collingwood, off Smith Street, a stone's throw from Richmond and Northcote. A 1 min walk to an 86 tram line stop, near the most delicious authentic Italian Gelateria in Melbourne (Gelato Messina). The place is also opposite a famous eatery - Proud Mary's - amazing breakfast/brunch options and also a 1 min walk to a brand new 24/7 gym (Anytime Fitness). Walking distance to Brunswick and Smith street shopping/cafe/bar district .. lots of second-hand stores for furniture/clothing/bits and pieces and also in the heart of a very artistic neighbourhood, so lots of art galleries, print and framing stores. 1 min walk to Woolworths and 2 min to Coles (both on Smith Street). Naked for Satan, a great tapas bar with amazing views of the Melbourne city a 10 min walk away (on Brunswick Street). Brunswick street, Fitzroy offers the same delicious and inspiring delights of Smith street, maybe a little busier and popular.
86 Tram 1 min walk from the doorstep which takes you to the city in 10 min or opposite to Northcote (and beyond) in 5 min, Collingwood train station 8 min walk.
Please don't have any rowdy parties as there are neighbouring apartments that are affected by this. A few friends around is fine of course, just common sense is expected to respect the neighbours.
Please leave the apartment and everything inside in the condition it is when you arrive and please follow the 'House Manual' that will be left on the kitchen bench explaining how to appropriately use the appliances (air con, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.).
Any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Thank you :)
