1. The apartment is about 38 ping, three bedrooms, three comfortable queen-sized beds.* The sofa bed will be on for more than 6 guests on the reservation *
2. Included kitchen, refrigerator, fully equipped in kitchen, oven, microwave, hot water pot, pots and pans.
3. The apartment is located in the center of Taipei, close to the subway Nanjing Fuxing Station about 3 minutes walking distance.
4. For the disinfection and cleaning of the interior is absolutely clean and hygienic, it definitely makes you quite happy.
5. Provide a certain quality to make the interior better than a hotel.
6. There is a camera outside the door, please be honest about the number of people (children included), if the number of people does not match, you will be charged an additional charge of NT $1000 per person per night
7. If you need a baby high chair and bath, please inform in advance.

Because we are not like a hotel, it is a homestay. We only provide one bath towel per person (not changed during your stay), shampoo and body soap.In order to be environmentally friendly, please bring your own washing utensil such as: toothbrush.Toothpaste, hair conditioner, and small towels.For extra bath towels will be charged extra, one NT $50.

All photos are added to the size of the actual square size of the props, some of them are provided by photographers, some are broken, the number of pillows on site will not necessarily be exactly the same as the picture, the sofa chair basic pillow cushion cushions will not be small, all the equipment that does not affect the quality of the stay will be.

If you arrive early, you can drop off your luggage in the living room after 12:30 (please put them together, the cleaners will not be responsible if they are lost). I will be doing my house by 16:00, you can enter the apartment after 16:00.

During your stay
1. Please take off your shoes when you enter.

Check-out time is before 12:00, basically you can't put your luggage in the room.
Please turn off all lights and appliances when you leave the apartment.
Please keep valuable items with you all the time, this place does not accept claims for lost valuable items.

After booking, we will send you a simple address.
On the morning of check-in, the check-in instructions will be sent, please remember to open it and read it. (EX: how to get to the apartment and get the password)
※ About cleaning
The cleaning fee you pay is the fee required after check-out, there will be no cleaning service during your stay.

Additional cleaning costs incurred in a state that cannot be processed at the moment
For example: stain the cotton quilt during the period, there is a dry cleaning fee (not a duvet cover)
