VII.district is the most exciting area of the city nowadays.Our apartments are on the main avenue(Erzsébet körút/Elizabeth avenue).It is really the heartbeat of the city,many pubs within a minute,famous ruin bars are just a short walk,the most beautiful cafe of central Europe,the Nes York Coffee house is at the corner.Inner VIIth district was the old Jewish City,and also served as ghetto at those terrible times.

--SELF CHECK-IN alone with codes
--As of September 1,2021 all providers of accommodations for guests are obliged by law to register their guests,scan the passport of their guests and forward the data and scans to the National Tourism Data Centre(NTAK)operated by the Hungarian Tourism Agency.Following the law,we cannot forward you the codes for your self-check-in until you provide these data and passport pictures prior to your arrival.
--Communication in English or Chinese only
--No 3rd party bookings.If you are not among the guests,your reservation will be canceled.
--QUIET HOURS:22:00-08:00!
--If you book last minute(booking on the same day or 1 day in advance)we are not able to guarantee your check in at our advertised check in time as the cleaning company already has a set schedule,but we will do our best to minimize any possible delays.
--If you arrive earlier than you have indicated,the apartment might not be ready for check-in.
--Heating is on 22.5 Celsius Degrees.Please do not touch the panel as it is a sensitive system.If you have any requests，please let us know in an email.
--Please keep the apartment door closed,and lock it at all times!
--Please remove your shoes at the entrance
--Please WSITCH OFF the A/C and lights,and close the windows when you are heading out!
--The trash bin is next to the entry gate.Green bin is for common trash,blue is for paper and yellow is for plastic and metal.Please collect your trash selectively.Thank you!
--If you make any damages (eg:stains on the bed/linens,dirty the walls,you take the guidebook or an adapter etc.)we will kindly ask you to pay for it.
--In case of lost keys you will be charged for the replacement of the lock(s) on the apartment door,and for the new copies of the keys.
--Additional services are possible for a surcharge(delivery of extra bed linens,towels,pre-arranged set up,personal check-in,late check-out,etc)
--Do not arrive before check-in time!If you arrive earlier than indicated,the apartment might NOT be ready for check-in.
--We reserve the right to go into the apartment during the stay for necessary maintenance reasons.
--In case you notice any problems with the apartment (heating,stove,shower,keysafe etc.),please let me know immediately since I wish to fix everything ASAP before further damage occurs!Not notifying me and keep using the flat will result as a breach of the house rules.
--Check out time is by 10:00 local time.You will be charged automatically for 100 after 10:00 till 12:00,and a full day after 12:00 if late check out is not approved in advance.
--Please note,pets are welcome here.While we do follow strict cleaning protocol,we do not guarantee a fur or allergy free stay.Thanks for your understanding!
--If you arrive with a pet,please do not leave it unattended in the apartment.Please take him/her outside for walks,the courtyard is not a toilet.If it makes and damage(chewing/peeing/pooing inside,etc)we will kindly ask you to cover the costs.
--We do not take any responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment and in case of lost&found item after the stay,we store it for 24 hours only.
--IMPORTANT:We reserve the right to cancel your booking or terminate your stay effective immediately with no refund in case you don`t respect any of the rules above!
