Both units are identical in size & view, which are approximately 900 sq. ft. With an over all ---open, airy feeling. complete unobstructed views! You quickly want to go straight out through your sliding glass doors which then offers you the entire coastal view, with the sand & ocean directly below you.
Your private deck has Captain's chairs and 2 chaise lounges, along with propane grill upon request-perfect to grill for each he evening.
Living room, has a white open beamed ceiling. A down couch, of nutral colors which can sleep additional person if needed. It's extremly comfortably. The Living room/ dinning area is soon to be offering an additional Queen Bed, which is located within a built in wall cabinet. Opened, it easily sleeps 2 additional people comfortably. Wood fireplace & natural wood tone's throughout with just a few touches of nautical.Smaller plasma Smart TV fits perfectly into upper desk cabinet for those who just gotta see the game or play off! Larger Plasma is in the bedroom.
Kitchen, has a new stainless fridge & stainless gas stove/oven and has most equipt or gadgets needed for your stay.
Natural cream color tile throughout the unit, (except for the bedroom)which is perfect for Beach living & occasional pet visits.
Bathroom, is clean crisp white. wall to wall mirror & enlarged ocean photographs . Plenty of Linens & thick white towels available to enjoy a shower or a soak in a cast iron tub.
Bedroom, has white open wood beam ceiling with controlled mood lighting with flooring in a natural wood tone. Super comfortable kingsize bed, covered by a down comforter & down pillows. Bedding is all White- high count Egyptian.
Oversize closet with built in dresser along with a pine writing table with its zebra black chair, and a comfortable wingback wicker chair off one side to lounge or the perfect place to throw off your jeans & then find your swimsuit or shorts!
This room also has a 52" plasma smart TV, along with a antique oak cabinet.
That the cable box is stored.
You'll have plenty of parking in our private parking area in front of garage structure. Our garage building is getting a new roof -presently Tarp'd , so please don't grade our street-Garage Entry with what your unit looks like. We've gone Keyless, so you'll be given codes for all doors.
You'll walk through our Entry door & then on to the central deck, which then leads you on to your private walkway with a Awesome Ocean View !
You'll have several decks from which to view or sit and take it all in....depending on the tides & or how much more sun you'd like.
The central deck is where you can mingle with others or sit & read while having your coffee & listen to the morning birds
Perhaps an early morning run on our popular Malibu Road, or better yet....along the sand. You could always join me & get out and put in few miles cycling. Our Malibu Road is notably a safe haven for road bike enthusiast..! Should you prefer Mtn bike riding, we can supply you with a book of local Mtn bike paths, however you'll have to bring a mtn bikes.
Perhaps you'd rather kayak...? Or paddle board..? No worries, we got em.

Interaction with guests
After getting you in and connected and familiar with the property, I can provide you with nearby restaurants and shopping information. you'll likely see me on the property during the day, out on our Central Deck watering or planting flowers. Recently the guest & I have enjoyed sitting around our small bon fire & enjoy wine in the evenings. Any questions, Tex seems to be best.
Other things to note
This property was developed in 1950s which means it has great bones, and has kept it's nostalgic Beach side style. There are only two units on this entire property. Most properties have been bought and rebuilt as one extremely large custom villa or multi-units with less outdoor deck space per unit or common areas. This property is extremely unique with providing so much open deck space to enjoy.
We do have PAC & Play cribs & high chairs, which we gladly can arrange to have set up in your unit.
$25 Cleaning Charge for each dog, per stay
ALL Dogs absolutely must be approved BEFORE they are brought on to property. As we limit type and amount of pets on the property.
No smoking allowed inside unit at all...!
PARTIES & NOICE
Advance approval is required if you plan to have a party, which we consider having more than 4 guest at one time, on the property.
We need to know if you are planning a party during your stay: The Day, Time & Number of guests.
Although the beach surf drowns out most noise, please be considerate of others, especially when out early in the mornings or late at night on Central Deck.
Owner and/or Host are free of all liability.
You are completely responsible for yourself & everyone you invite on to the property & or into your unit. Which includes Everyone! Such as You, your friends, your friends friend, family members, and or your friends family members. You are responsible for Any & All damages, theft or liability that it caused for Any reason.
During your stay & until the unit has been throughly inspected. if needed-
A report will be filed with Air B&B.
*To date, we have had No problems with any guest! We look forward to this continuing.
Pets need to be approved, before booking is confirmed.
Pet beds are not provided, be sure to bring theirs along.
Host will provide you with something to cover & protect our couch.
Pets are not allowed to be up on bed or to sleep on our beds, Please have him sleep in theirs.
Never leave your dog unattended, especially for the evening. This will eventually will get my attention, which then you'll be charged a additional fee of $100,
Dogs are required to be leashed while walking on beach (this is what is posted, however It's your call.
The owner or host is not responsible or liable for your pet in any way, in the event your pet is harmed during your stay.
You are responsible for picking up & cleaning all your pet's waste along beach,central Deck, your private deck and along Malibu Road. We ask you to dispose of it daily into garbage bins on driveway.
GUEST HAVING SLEEPOVERS
We do try to limit how many people should be out on the Private Ocean Decks, (4 Adults)
Which is why there's a limit on guest to each unit.. In the event you have a stay over, please be 1st to Tex & let the host know.
RECYCLE ~~~PICK-UP TRASH
We do have recycle bins out in parking area.
Most everything that is packaged is recyclable, except food itself.
Plastic, paper, bottles go in blue bins.
$$$ GET PAID TO GO OUT FOR A WALK ALONG THE OCEAN $$$
Going for a walk? get rewarded for a little more exercise & pick up trash.
I personally will discount your next visit with a quick pix sent to me, of you & all you collected.

You are responsible for removing absolutely everything from the fridge.
Wash BBQ grill & tools if used.
Clean All debris if Fireplace is used & take ashes out to trash cans
Wash all dishes, ok to leave on rack to dry.
