The space

This best parts of this apartment are the cozy feel and the location. The space is very open with lots of windows and high ceilings. There is plenty of room to relax, watch TV, and take a break from city life. Once you step outside, you're in the heart of Midtown. Right across from Piedmont Park, a quick walk away from some of Atlanta's best bars and restaurants, and just as close to attractions like the High Museum and the Botanical Garden - you will have plenty of fun activities to look forward to during your stay!

Guest access

The apartment is within a gated parking lot. You'll have a clicker for access to the front and back gates, as well as a key for the front door. Please lock both the top and bottom locks when you leave.

Interaction with guests

I will be available by phone and email during your stay.

The neighbourhood

In Midtown, there are many great restaurants - a few that I enjoy are Tamarind Seed, Ecco, Empire State South, the Nook, the Flying Biscuit, Sweet Hut, and Takorea.

There are many Atlanta attractions close by, including Piedmont Park, the Botanical Garden, and the Beltline for outdoor enthusiasts, the High Museum and Museum of Design Atlanta for art lovers, and the Margaret Mitchell House for history buffs.

Getting around

Marta is an easy option from this condo - the Midtown Station and Arts Center Stations are both a ~15 minute walk away. There is also a Marta bus stop right in front of the house on Piedmont Ave.

There is a shop to rent bicycles and roller skates/blades on 12th and Piedmont, which are fun ways to travel through the park and on less busy streets in Midtown.

House Rules

No outside guests are allowed besides those mentioned in your request. Please do not smoke inside the apartment, and please be considerate of my neighbors in terms of noise late at night or early in the morning.

Gina's midtown condo was the perfect spot for a weekend get away. Her place is spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. I loved that we were across the street from the park and also were centrally located to quickly get to other neighborhoods in Atlanta. Gina made the check in/out seamless and she maintained good communication throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone visiting Atlanta. Thanks Gina!

Gina's condo was a great, clean spot in a great part of midtown. I easily walked to neighborhood bars and restaurants and the place had dedicated parking. The place was spotless and Gina was very responsive. Great stay.

Gina left detailed, clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. Her communication during our stay was fantastic, usually responding within 15 minutes or less. Place was cozy and open. Although it was a condo we never heard the neighbors. Great location with lots to do within walking distance. Only minor annoyance was a motion sensor light? that went off incessantly outside the bedroom window at night. Didn't wake me up but was annoying when trying to get to sleep. Bed was really comfortable. All in all a great stay and value!

Gina left a sweet note with clear instructions. The condo was well prepped with snacks and towels and what not. Love the location, the walk to Piedmont was literally two seconds! Love the decor, would definitely stay here again and/or recommend it to friends :)
