We provide the following starter supplies to get you started…
a) For the Kitchen: a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, a tablet for running the dish washer, and a liner for the trash
b) For the Bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, and clean towels
c) For the Bedroom: pillows and clean linens
d) For the Closet: a spare set of clean towels, clean linens, a small vacuum, an iron, and an ironing board
Interaction with guests
To make things easy we have arranged for a self check-in. I will let you know how to get the key one day ahead. In order that we ensure the house is properly prepared, we would appreciate being notified of your arrival time. It is also helpful to know your departure time. We typically assume a 5pm check-in and a 10am check-out, though we would be happy to allow for an earlier check-in or later check-out provided there are no other same day arrivals or departures. Please let us know that in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We live nearby, and can be reached through Airbnb or telephone.

As a convenience, Airbnb currently collects taxes in some locations. By making a reservation with us, guests acknowledge that they will be entirely held responsible for paying transient occupancy tax (ToT) on any stay that has fewer than 31 nights regardless of whether Airbnb collects for you or not.
Guests are responsible for cable, wifi & utility fees, which will be billed separately at a rate of $10/night.
Guests are encouraged to purchase renter's insurance with liability coverage prior to check-in. If interested, we can refer you to an insurance agent many of our guests use. Rates are typically below $30USD per month and can be acquired quickly.
