Centrally located in the true heart of Cornwall, our spacious 1st floor apartment is equidistant from both North and South coasts.

The historic ’Saints our apartment the perfect location for exploring all of Cornwall.

Has twin beds together but can be seperated) large lounge, and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom + with a large south facing terrace

The space
Our apartment is on the first floor of an 1840’s converted Methodist Chapel, our apartment has been recently refurbished with brand new carpets, all new furniture, newly decorated and is light, bright and airy.
The apartment has a modern feel, with comfortable furnishings and fully centrally heated.
Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, large 6 ring gas range (electric oven) microwave, coffee machine, juicer, and fridge…..FREE WIFI access…And smart TV in the Lounge…
***Please note..due to our terrace being upstairs barbecues or outside fires of any kind are prohibited from being lit

The apartment is furnished with a contemporary ‘scandi’ feel, yet has a personal feel with colourful artwork and cool cotton linens.

All linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are supplied.

*The entrance to this apartment is ‘shared’ with the entrance to the ‘takeaway’ of the restaurant downstairs….
AND IS ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING THROUGH A WONDERFUL CORNISH GRANITE ARCHWAY-the original archway entrance for the chapel.

Although there are 2 lockable doors one at the bottom of the stairs and one at the top - the apartment ‘officially’ starts at the top of the stairs….
*The Restaurant will have access to the cupboards at the bottom of the stairs but will not go any further….

The entire apartment plus 3m x 6m outside south facing terrace is for your use.

Lanivet is centrally located in the Heart of Cornwall, allowing easy access to both coasts, Bodmin Moor and easy road connections.
Set at the centre point of the 'Saints way' walk which runs from the North Coast to the South coast and visa versa. Lanivet is a charming and vibrant village with a Traditional pub serving fantastic food, a convenience store for amenities, a post office, a popular and delicious Fish and Chip restaurant (below the apartment) and a wonderful Grade 1 listed C15/C16 church.

The stunning Houses of Lanhydrock estate and Pencarrow Estate are a short drive away.
The world famous Eden Project is a 16 minute drive and is a must visit for its bio domes and incredible diversity in its planting and structure.

There are many sights to see on both coasts of Cornwall, including Padstow, Rock, Polzeath and Port Isaac on the north, and Fowey, Mevagissey, Looe and Polperro to the south……

An easy commute being 2 minutes
From the main A30, going through the centre of Cornwall, Lanivet is tucked away, superbly serviced and fantastic as a base to explore the entire area of Cornwall
