Woolley’s Bay is an idyllic spot to come for a seaside holiday. Diving, kayaking,hiking, snorkeling, fishing, surfing, swimming, cycling, horse treking, golfing and relaxing are some of the activities on the doorstep. Enjoy a secluded holiday while being only a 15minute drive to restaurants, cafes, art galleries, and the Tutukaka marina where fishing and diving charters are available.
From your accommodation it is a 2 min bush walk down to the beach. For the more energetic it's a 30min walk from Woolleys Bay through tranquil native bush to the pohutakawa lined Whale Bay.
For those who like to keep active there are a number of scenic coastal walks which provide access to some of the most picturesque and deserted beaches in Northland.
With panoramic views of the bay and the infamous Poor Knights with its' marine reserve and diving opportunities, this is the perfect accommodation to complete your stay.

Interaction with guests
I will usually be present during the guests stay. Guests will be advised on arrival if I'm going to be away for part or all of their stay.
I enjoy interacting with guests but how much I do depends on work commitments and what I am doing at the time of their stay.
Other things to note
We are dependent on tank water and septic tanks so guests are asked to be considerate with their water consumption during Summer.

My name is Pauline Rowe . I live at Woolleys Bay Beach on the Tutukaka Coast in Northland NZ. I work fulltime as a Rehabilitation Instructor for the Blind Foundation. I have 5 adult children and 4 grandchildren living in NZ and Australia. I enjoy a range of outdoor activities which I am lucky enough to have at my doorstep. I am a sociable person who enjoys meeting people from other cultures and walks of life and look forward to hosting guests in my home.
