Minutes from downtown, this suite is a great location minutes from concert venues, the zoo, & all things Denver. Minute walk to restaurants and parks. 30 minutes from DIA and quick access to I-70.

The space features one bedroom with a king-size bed and a queen-size murphy bed. We fully remodeled this space in 2023 to be fresh and funky. The unit offers a full kitchen, perfect for monthly stays. We offer high speed Wi-Fi for remote work.

Guest access
This is a basement unit but has it’s own separate entrance. You will need to access stairs to enter/exit the unit.

The sauna and laundry room is separate from the unit in a shared space.
