Located in the heart of vibrant downtown Brattleboro where you're seconds away from most things. Full access to this charming, historic flat and its high coffered ceiling make this space quaint and intimate.
Modest foyer with coat rack and shoe mat as you enter and your eyes are drawn to the coffered ceiling. The living and dinning room is spacious with a 51" TV, recliner, big ottoman, couch, fire place, and a dinning room table that overlooks bustling downtown. Foyer candles, lights and living room fireplace will automatically turn on between 4:00-5:00 PM as a way to welcome you back after a day of adventures or to help you snuggle in for the evening.
The bedroom has a queen sized memory foam bed and pillows with a TV and clothes rack to hang your belongings on.
A quick 5 minute walk will land you in NH in the picturesque nature/hiking area of Wantastiquet mountain.Even closer is the local Co Op, theatre, art museums and galleries, restaurants and local shops.
You'll have access to the entire apartment.
Interaction with guests
I am very friendly, supportive host who can offer recommendations as needed or simply leave you to your privacy.
Other things to note
I am happy to suggest places to visit or things to do. Outside your door are several restaurants, Brattleboro Co Op, cinema (which you can read from looking out the window!) and several shops. A few blocks away are hiking trails and the great outdoors.
No smoking is allowed. Be mindful and respectful of the place you are staying in and clean up after using the kitchen. Put dirty towels in laundry hamper at the end of your stay. Bed sheets can stay on.
If using AC, please turn off when away or when sleeping (AC won't hit bedroom).
Don't light dinning room table candles or use the napkins, as the arrangement is for decorative purposes only.
