Located Palermo, mts del subte and a 10-minute walk from the Forests of Palermo. It has everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Large apartment with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, a small desk, a full bathroom and another bathroom with shower.
Bright and airy in all its rooms, on the 9th floor, decorated and equipped with taste and detail.
A few blocks from the Rural and Plaza Italia, the transport hub of Buenos Aires, and with all kinds of shops within walking distance.

The space
It has 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioner.

Guest access
We will usually coordinate to give you the keys in person, provided that the arrival time is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm or 10:00 pm.
Then, if it's later, we'll leave the keys in a nearby place that's open, or in a lockbox 2 blocks from the property.

The apartment is located in a residential building. All guests staying should take special care and respect for building rules.
Do not speak loud in the pallieres, always leave the door of the street closed. Always leave the two lift doors tightly closed when getting out of the lift, avoid hitting the lift doors, and the apartment.
Empty the container that collects water from the air conditioners whenever it is full.
