The apartment is a half of a ground floor of a more than 160 y.o. Cederhilm manor with a separate entrance and a private location in a park. Plenty of parking space, good public transportation connection, and a shopping centre Kristiine nearby
The Cederhilm manor was built by the head architect of the Estonian Province August Gabler for his family. A historical interior is partially preserved, restored or replicated in the apartment to give respect to a beautiful building. Limestone, old brick, thick walls, old wood and high ceiling are creating special spirit.
We run a family business and will do our best to make your stay comfy and pleasant.
Our apartment is perfect for business travellers, families or couples who want the pleasure and privacy of living and cooking in a home away from home. Our apartment has a separate entrance from the yard and is a wheelchair accessible.
The whole apartment, also a yard in front of it and the whole Cederhilm park behind the house are accessible for you during your stay. In the summer time we have a BBQ area outdoors, which is accessible also for our guest. In front of the building, away from the main road, you can safely park a car or a caravan - we have plenty of space and parking is for free. Just make sure you are parking on the right side of the building.
Interaction with guests
We interact with our guests as much as they want. All your question are welcome, we will try to help.
Other things to note
Other people in the building are friendly and we kindly ask you to take account of their privacy.
Please be respectful and treat the apartment like it's your own.
Please take garbage out before you leave (large grey bin in front of the house) and leave the key on the kitchen table. Thank you so much! Checkout is noon the latest unless we have prior agreement. Please respect the night quiet time from 22-6 on weekdays and Fridays and Saturdays from 24-7. Smoking is allowed in the courtyard.
