Cosy 1 bedroom flat (TourismNI approved), recently renovated to a high standard with a private balcony and a free car parking space. It is located in a quiet area of the trendy and vibrant Stranmillis village - renowned for its large selection of restaurants and cafes. Belfast city centre is only a 15 minute walk away or 5 minutes by bus. The flat also borders botanic gardens, a favourite tourist attraction in Belfast - lovely for picnics, walks and events occurring throughout the year.
Cosy 1 bedroom flat - fully refurbished in November 2016 with new gas heating system installed.
The living area contains a sofa bed which enables the flat to accommodate a maximum of 4 people. There is a fast WiFi connection as well as a TV, PlayStation 2 + games, small DVD collection, board games and various books for entertainment.
In the kitchen area there is a fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob and oven. The cupboards are well stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining. There is also a selection of complimentary teas, coffees, biscuits and a coffee machine with espresso and chocolate pods. There is also a dining table which can accommodate 4 people.
The newly installed bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower. Towels, shampoo and shower gels are provided.
The bedroom contains a comfy double bed and closet area for hanging clothes.
There is also an additional small utility room in the flat where you can hang coats and store luggage. An ironing board, iron and hair dryer are also available.
Finally, you can relax in the balcony which overlooks botanic gardens / Queens PEC. It contains a cafe style table and chairs and an additional wooden bench. It has fairy lights which can be turned on at night time creating a lovely ambient space.
Guests have access to entire flat and private balcony.
Interaction with guests
We both work and live less than a mile from the flat. We have a keybox which means you have maximum flexibility with regards check in times which most guests prefer. However, if you would rather meet in person please say and we will be more than happy to arrange! If you have any further questions / queries during your stay then we'll try our best to help!
