After a busy day, the soft gray fabric sofa will be your haven for reading a good book or enjoying movies thanks to the 43'' Sony SMART TV, with access to your Netflix, Disney, and Amazon Prime Video accounts.

If culinary art is your passion, the KITCHEN is the perfect spot here: induction hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave, refrigerator/freezer, complete set of pots, pans, plates, glasses, and seasoning kit (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar).

To get your day at its best, a Bialetti coffee maker with assorted capsules, a toaster, a juicer, and a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal teas will be waiting for you.

The BALCONY overlooking the inner courtyard, complete with table and chairs, will allow you to enjoy your breakfast or an excellent aperitif.
