In front of the exit, there is a walking and cycling path with a beautiful view of the San river bend. The studio is equipped with a separate kitchen and bathroom, which gives you full freedom (access to a washing machine and dryer). It is heated by a fireplace. Around the house there is a garden where you can light a barbecue and a porch where you can eat a meal on a warm sunny day. The property is fenced, pets are welcome.
