Apartment in the heart of beautiful Przemyśl - 300 m to the Market Square. Going in the opposite direction (900 m) you will reach the ski station, ice rink and water playground. In front of the exit, there is a walking and cycling path with a beautiful view of the San river bend. The studio is equipped with a separate kitchen and bathroom, which gives you full freedom (access to a washing machine and dryer). Guests have access to a mezzanine and a sofa bed, as well as a balcony. We speak English! We also speak Dutch!

Our facility is located in a unique location on the slope of the Kamienna Laworta mountain, from which there are beautiful views of the Ustrzyki Dolne valley and the surrounding mountains. The forest and hiking trails are only 300 meters away, and a walk to the city center takes 10 minutes. The cottage can accommodate up to 8 people.

It is approximately 90 sqm (2 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom) and is designed for a maximum of 5 people. The cottage is entirely at your disposal, so you can feel at home. It is heated by a fireplace. Around the house there is a garden where you can light a barbecue and a porch where you can eat a meal on a warm sunny day. The property is fenced, pets are welcome.

Downstairs, there is a hallway, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds, spacious air-conditioned living room with fireplace and exit to 50 sq meters terrace, and kitchen. The third bedroom, with two single beds and a toilet, is located in the attic. Guests have access to a fire pit with benches, a garden tub with hot or cold water and a 30-acre fenced plot.
