Our space is designed for our guests. We have a space measuring 1,500 m², a safe location, a complete and equipped house, a pool table, a heated pool, a whirlpool area, access to a private lagoon, a paddle board, a kayak, etc. Our location is privileged by natural beauty. We are located about 2 km from Praia do Rosa, but in addition to this beautiful beach, there are other beautiful beaches also in the region, such as Praia do Ouvidor, Praia da Barra de Ibiraquera, Praia do Luz, etc.

With ocean views, it features 2 bedrooms (one a king-size suite), 2 bathrooms w/ gas showers, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen w/ American-style island, living room w/ 4-seater sofa bed and 50" Smart TV w/ good Wi-Fi, plus a balcony w/ ocean views and an American-style barbecue. The condo offers a pool, a restaurant open all week, 24h security and beach service.

My space is ideal for those looking to relax and enjoy nature, with lots of fresh air and tranquility. It is close to Rosa Norte Beach (approximately 15 minutes on foot) and only a 3 to 5-minute walk from the center. You'll love the space for its excellent location, quiet and reserved atmosphere, and proximity to everything: markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and shops. The maximum limit is up to 8 people. Loud sounds and parties are not allowed. Respect Rosa!

Category corresponds to Suites C and D as per photos, with no guarantee of a specific unit. Charming suites with: Split air conditioning, king-size bed, hot tub, minibar and Egyptian cotton bathrobes. Small kitchen, with Cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle and sandwich maker in the accommodation! We do not allow loud noise and commotion in our space. Sound inside the accommodations only at low volume that does not disturb other guests and silence after 10 pm.
