“The most comfy "stay over at grandmas" with a very funny and knowledgeable host who will look after everything from start to finish. Will definitely choose Elaine's over any others.”
This renovated studio is part of a 1906 home on Spokane's beautiful South Hill. The neighborhood boasts picturesque parks, streets lined with beautiful Victorian and craftsman homes; with coffee shops and local restaurants interspersed. This studio has it's own entrance and is very peaceful and quiet—ideal for one or two guests. Fully equipped with air conditioning and all needed amenities for a very comfortable stay.
“Scott & Erika’s place is PERFECT if you’re looking for a crash pad. It has everything you need to rest and recharge, and the location is PRIME! My partner and I loved walking the beautiful neighborhood their home is located in everyday and it is so close to everything! Not to mention you have Rocket Bakery just up the road (5 min walk) for some amazing coffee and a pastries in the AM. I would recommend this place for either solo or two travelers. Communication was great and super easy 👍🏻 can’t beat the price and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!”
Simple, comfortable, and clean country home, located about 15 minutes from downtown Spokane and 20 from Cheney. Come enjoy the summer shade and a warm fireplace in the winter. There is a 650 acre wildlife preserve down the road with lots of trails. You will have a large room, with a brand new memory foam bed. My dog has a fenced yard and may bark when you arrive. He’s all talk. You may come and go freely, as I will have the keys in a lockbox. All wheel drive is recommended in the winter.
“This place was just as described in the listing, although it did not mention that it's off of a dirt road. So, like the listing said, 4-wheel drive might be needed in the winter months to get there. It was very warm and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very nice and clean. The place was very clean when I arrived and smelled nice. Very peaceful and quiet there and Lara was very nice! I would stay again.”
