Chy Noweth ,a peaceful escape with parking

Chy noweth is part of my home with a private back door entrance with a key safe on the outside wall. The space inside is totally private and for your use only. The patio area is for your use and the garden area is shared with myself. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the small utility area as well as a under counter fridge. I will supply tea, coffee ,biscuits and milk for your arrival. There are no cooking facilities but restaurants are plentiful in nearby St. Ives , Hayle and Marazion.

A beautiful 3-mile golden sandy beach, Hayle Towans (voted UK’s Best Beach by The Times Jul 24) is only 200m away. The house is tastefully decorated. We are located less than a 5 minute walk to St Erth railway station, with links to St Ives [15 minutes] and the rest of the South West. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over and a separate downstairs cloakroom. This home benefits from a large unoverlooked garden laid to lawn. With patio furniture, loungers and a BBQ.
