Registered tourist fishing company, boat for rent in the marina right by the cabin. Haukanes Fjordhytter no. 1 is the neighbouring cabin. There are nice beaches for swimming in the surrounding area. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

Just a short walk away are: Restautants, shops, Baroniet, tourist information, stone park, marine area with kayak and bicycle rentals, Folgefonna national center and the beach. The hike to Melderskin 1426 m starts in walking distance from the house. After the hike you can take a swim in Hardangerfjorden. 1 hour drive away are Odda and Trolltunga.

We are a family of 4 who rent out the main floor. We live in a peaceful courtyard surrounded by listed buildings. The main floor consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed + an office with a single bed (with a curtain). Fully equipped kitchen with oven, TV room, office and living room, terrace in front of/behind the house. We also have our own beach that can be used. The host is living on the ground floor.
