Merrilees is a beautiful Queenslander home complete with high pressed tin ceilings, lovingly restored with old-world charm. Situated on half an acre in the town's centre with a short walk to restaurants, cafes and the Condamine river, you will experience the best of 1880's colonial architecture, enclosed by a tree-filled garden. Merrilees explodes into leaf in spring and summer and then changes to autumn tones before losing leaves for the winter. I welcome guests from all around the world.
“Susie's place is a beautiful gracious old home that has been renovated with such care. I needed a comfortable place at the end of a long day and it was the perfect spot. If you get a chance to meet her dogs they are picture perfect.. a handsome old greyhound, very dignified and a little jack russell cross. I loved staying here. Thanks for having me Susie.”

“What a pleasant stay!! We were so happy with the house, the location and the facilities. Sean was super inviting and his hospitality was exceptional. The house was only 5mins from where we needed to be, beautifully styled and had all the home creature comforts! We would most definitely tell people travelling to Warwick to stay here!! Again Sean, thank you for everything!”
You have the whole 3 bedroom house to yourselves it is light and airy close to the hospital and 2 minutes to town. We are dog friendly - have a fully fenced yard, dogs allowed inside but off the furniture please. Double carport and lockup garage off Hudson Street. Linen supplied. No internet... sorry. There is a North facing rear deck overlooking the environs. We call it the "beach house" tongue in cheekily!
“A wonderful 3 bedroom house for an early Christmas with family the kitchen was great to cook a family feast, thank goodness for the air conditioning, in 38 degrees The house is nicely decorated and super clean Plenty of space for all to enjoy, the veranda was great in the afternoon when a breeze came through Stephen was easy to deal with and getting into the property was a breeze Would stay again when in Warwick”
