We have security cameras which are in use when the home is empty. These are located outside. Fabulous central location, walking distance to our favorite watering hole the Ave and the legendary Buster Crabb's. Light and spacious with a great enclosed courtyard, it is perfect for drinks after exploring Southland or a bit of space for your little people to let off some steam. The apartment has excellent Wi-Fi and Netflix. We think you will really love staying here.

Relax and unwind in your own private guest suite and enjoy the rural views. With its own entrance and lock box you can arrive when it suits. The property is in a convenient location, just a 6 minute drive from the town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, dairy, take away and pub within a 3 minute drive. There is ample off road parking that can accommodate larger vehicles, horse floats, boats and trailers etc. The airport is 9k away and Oreti Beach just a little further along.

You're only a five-minute walk from Windsor shopping centre which has a New World supermarket, pharmacy, boutique stores, bank, Pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, with the beautiful Queens Park a ten-minute walk away. The newly revamped city centre is a ten-minute drive away. Please note the guesthouse is beside our garage (which we use).
