Frant benefits from a village green with children's play area, two lovely village pubs, a convenience store, café and beauty salon. Built in the late 1800’s, this character property has been recently renovated to a cosy, inviting, fully furnished and equipped cottage.

Chasewood Lodge is a perfect location for a countryside getaway. Situated in the High Weald Frant is a beautiful village located right on the Kent/Sussex border just 2 miles away from Tunbridge Wells. There are three public houses in the village: The Abergavenny Arms on the main road, The George Inn in the High Street with The Brecknock Arms at Bells Yew Green. Two miles to the north is Royal Tunbridge Wells, the only spa town in the south-east of England.
What guests are saying:“A really lovely little space, set in an outbuilding in the garden. Really easy to find, and great communication from James beforehand. A cosy little bedroom downstairs, with French doors onto decking with table and chairs. Up the stairs to a tiny, but brilliant little bathroom, with everything needed. Lovely rain-shower head, that is also effective for hair washing! Open plan kitchen, dining area and living space with sofa bed. The best thing was the picture window, looking out onto the little copse outside - just great! We loved the space, which was spotless, light and airy. We will definitely book again if we're in the area, and recommend to anyone. Great hosts - thankyou.”

Set privately in 5 acres, the house is close to Tunbridge Wells and the Ashdown Forest. It is under 1 hour on the train from the nearby station Eridge to London. Brighton is about 40 mins away by car or bus. The house is ideal for families (with kids) and groups looking to celebrate a special occasion responsibly.
What guests are saying:“The house was amazing with plenty of space to host 4 families including 9 children. The pool house was fantastic with a heated pool including a wave machine, night lighting, spa jets, music system, large TV and lots of seating. The garden, backing on to an lovely unobstructed view, is massive with a swing, basketball stand and 2 football goals providing plenty of outdoor activities for the family, as well just great to walk around. The house itself has a beautiful spacious master bedroom (all double bedrooms are large) with another highlight being the annex room which was great for the bigger kids to entertain themselves. The dressing up box for the younger ones was an unexpected bonus. In short, it was a superb house which I highly recommend. Ben and Lucy are great hosts and were on site to greet my family on arrival, there was also good information about the area and amenties to make sure we could make the most of our stay.
