Bright, homely flat overlooking Rothesay Bay !

The flat is situated across the road from the beach (about 30 secs walk) We are on the edge of the town, about 2 mins walk from the main supermarket and about 3 mins walk from the main shopping street of the town. There is free parking at the back of the building and free parking at the front too. We are situated about 7/8 minutes walk from the main ferry pier and you can watch the ferry coming in from the front windows. All in all it's a very warm, comfortable flat and we are very pet friendly.

This beautiful two bedroom flat has some of the best views, looking over to Arran, Cumbrae, Wee Cumbrae and over to Bute and Argyll. The property has one en-suite shower room and a very large spacious bathroom with overhead shower. The kitchen, living room is open planned which just opens up the space and lets you enjoy the amazing views. This is a perfect getaway flat with 5 mins into town and the ferry over to Millport. With only 100 yards to the beach it really is in the perfect location.

2nd Floor flat is located a few hundred yards from the ferry port and you can see when the boat has arrived from the living room window. Space consists of two bedrooms - one double and one twin, entrance hall, two large cupboards - one which has an TV and Xbox, and a living area which also has the kitchen at one end of the room.
