Holiday rentals with a patio in Rotorua District

Great place to stay. Tidy and relaxing with a wonderful view accross Rotorua. Leani was a great host and check in was made easy. Highly recommend

Tina’s place was cozy and tidy. Although we didn’t get to meet Tina in person, she provided us with clear instructions to enter the room. The location was excellent — there were plenty of free, open parking spaces right outside, and it was less than a 10-minute walk to the city center, saving us the trouble of finding parking downtown. We did encounter a small issue with the door lock being a bit tricky to open, but Tina responded quickly and helped us out. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

Thanks Joy for hosting us. We had a great stay in Rotorua and the house was perfect for two of us. We'll definetely come back.

Kate’s place was perfect! It was cozy and we loved soaking in the amazing view! The place was also extremely clean and had little thoughtful touches that we really appreciated!

My group of 5 loved the space so much that we ended up staying indoors a lot to enjoy it properly. We especially loved lounging and napping in the sunny nook, and really appreciated the electric blankets that kept us warm at night. It’s also a great location - 7mins drive to the town centre, Kmart etc, and 15 mins to the redwoods. Would totally come back again!

Lovely house in a quiet area with everything you need, big garden, toys for kids and beach towels. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Perfect for 6 people. Convenient to reach all the sites of Rotorua. Craig is a lovely host, who responds very quickly to all questions and is really forthcoming! We would be back!

Breathtaking views when you arrive. Location is so peaceful. We had an amazing stay and holiday here. Yhe owner, Nick, was super responsive. The spa and the firepit made the stargazing nights delightful.

What a fantastic stay we had over the weekend. We have a 4 couples and 3 kids and the house was just perfect. Lots of space for us all. Super clean and tidy - you really couldn't ask for more. Facilities were excellent, great kitchen and BBQ and the large dining table (8) and bar stools (3) were just perfect for us. House was presented exceptionally well and everything you could ask for and more. A very enjoyable weekend and thankyou Kylie for being such a welcoming host! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house & one of the cleanest places me and my family have stayed in! It was nice and peaceful with plenty of space for my children! They especially loved the toys! Will definitely be back again in the future :)
