The metro from Blijdorp station will take you directly to Rotterdam Centraal and Rotterdam Zuid (Ahoy). Thanks to the convenient location, both public transport and the highways (A13 and A20) are within easy reach.

My apartment is renovated, vintage decorated with a view of the Schie canal. Layout: living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with very good double bed (M-line mattress), 1 bedroom with bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom/toilet, balcony. I live downstairs, you have the upper floor.
