Welcome to our nice, smoke-free and allergy-friendly guesthouse in central Sunne. The house was built in 2021 and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Fresh, ironed bed linens and towels are included in the stay. Also coffee, tea, shampoo, soap and detergent as well as cleaning products. The cottage has a south-facing wooden deck with dining furniture and barbecue. Grass areas for the kids to play on. Here you are close to Sunne summerland, shops, food restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality.

Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with children). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Closest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank, post office, train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18-hole course.

Lighthouse guests are also welcome and there is also a dog yard. In the basement of the house there is a sauna and shower/wc. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with dining area and fireplace.

The kitchen is fully equipped, possibility to fire in wood stove, fireplace. A unique and different cottage with a large porch. Self-catering with about 75 sqm living space. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with king-size double bed is situated on the first floor, the other 2 bedrooms (1 single bedroom and 1 with a bunkbed) are situated on the ground floor here you can also find the bathroom.
