Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

Breakfast items (bacon, eggs, tomatoes, butter, milk, bread of your choice) supplied for guest to prepare themselves at their leisure. (Stays for over 6 days, breakfast is only provided for the 3 days as nightly price are at a discounted rate) Warm and cozy in winter. Cool and airy in summer. The residence looks out into a private fenced off patio area, with garden and bush outlook.
