Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Royal Tunbridge Wells

It was my first time using Air b&b and the hosts made it such an easy experience. Lovely house for our whistle stop tour.

I stay at Magda’s a lot and I can’t fault her advice and friendlinesss. Highly recommend.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

We felt at home in Tima’s house. She is friendly and responsive. The place was amazing and a very accurate listing. 5 minutes walk to the river and It has a peaceful neighbourhood. We will come back Again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Steve and Diane’s house. It was lovely to find such a thoughtful welcome packed we arrived. The location of the house is great, it is just a few minutes walk into town and a short drive to the beach at Camber Sands. The house is spacious and well presented. The kitchen is well equipped - the minor exception, it could do with egg cups as we had eggs in welcome pack. Bathrooms were a delight - lots of hot water, great showers and a wonderful free standing bath with a view! The patio and raised seating area looked lovely - a bit chilly for us this time but we would love to come back. The parking space was adequate for a small car like ours but a larger one would need to use car park just down the road. Thank you very much Steve and Diane, we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend a stay in your lovely house.

Ivana’s place is wonderful. It has lovely bedrooms a great kitchen and social space. The hot tub and outdoor terrace are great. Ivana is super helpful. The village has a lovely pub, a great coffee house literally steps away. I would highly recommend.

Had a great weeks stay! the area was nice and quiet and i felt safe in the apartment. would definitely book again !!

I stayed at this place for 5 days with my parents while we were visiting London. It was an amazing place that we looked forward to getting back to at the end of our tiring day. The location was also great with lots of places around to eat and shop and great access with buses available all the time. Would absolutely recommend this flat if you're visiting London!

The apartment was beautiful. It has a really nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Fully stocked kitchen, literally had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had issues. Great location, walkable to public transportation, and grocery store was really close by. We had a great vacation overall, glad we chose this place to stay!

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

The flat was lovely! It’s in a great location, really close by to restaurants and the town centre. It was also spacious, clean and comfortable which we really appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The host was also very responsive and accommodating to an earlier check-in time. Would definitely stay here again!

Sarah's flat is a lovely place to stay for your London visit. It's very cute and well stocked with everything you need, has a lovely outdoor space, is close to tube and bus lines, and in a very walkable neighborhood. There are very good restaurants near the flat, but it was also appreciated having a kitchen to prepare meals when wanting to stay in. Sarah was very responsive to messages and provided lots of information before checkin. I would definitely book again!

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb for the weekend. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay. Beautiful home and the garden was abit of a sun trap! Me, my partner and our pup absolutely loved it.

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

From the initial enquiry to check in Stephen was helpful and patient seeing it was our first Airbnb experience We were greeted on arrival by James who like Stephen was fantastic. James gave us a great insight into local pubs and restaurants,helped us unload car and showed us around the penthouse.The penthouse itself was spotless and sitting on the large balcony overlooking the bandstand and beach was so relaxing. We have had a fabulous week in this beautiful spotless Airbnb. We were two couples and a single friend. We wondered if it would feel small but not at all - it was perfect! We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen is so well equipped! The hosts have thought of absolutely everything you might need. It's in a lovely quiet spot of London and I just couldn't recommend this enough. I'd love to come back! Thank you so much 💕

This has been the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The entire place was spotless, including the washing machine, and the sea view was the most stunning I’ve ever seen. The house is peaceful and cosy – even more beautiful than it appears in the photos – and the host family seemed incredibly warm and kind. I’ve stayed in many places, but I can genuinely say this one is highly recommended. It was just me and my son, but I chose this two-bedroom home and I have no regrets at all. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

We loved our stay. Henri was incredibly responsive and helpful. Great location - 5 minute walk to grocery, cafes, and Cleveland Arms pub! Less than 10 minutes to Paddington station. Highly recommend.
