Idyllic house in Tøndermarsken

Welcome to a charming and peaceful stay right by the beautiful marsh trail. The house is located almost on the embankment overlooking Vidåen and offers a unique close contact with the unique nature and bird life of the Tønder marsh. Enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee by the water, go hiking along the marsh trail or experience the spectacular natural experiences such as the black sun right outside the door. The house is the perfect starting point for exploring the nature and cultural heritage of southwestern Jutland.

Beautiful View

Here you can relax and start excursions to the surrounding area. The house is situated in an idyllic location on the marsh hiking trail. The apartment is located in a half of the house that is separately accessible for guests. It offers a lounge area, a reading corner, a kitchen, 3 double rooms and 3 bathrooms. The hosts live in the other half of the house. In the guest garden you can relax or let off steam on the trampoline. An additional room in the passage area has been added.

Halmhuset - The Straw House

Our thatched house is probably the only "Halmhuset" that is rented as a vacation home in Denmark. It is breathable, made of clay and straw, and is sustainably supplied by heat pump and photovoltaics. In summer, the thick walls provide pleasant coolness, in winter it is cozy and warm, with a room height of up to 4 meters. A real feel-good place for up to 8 people, located at the gates of the city of Tønder, close to the Wadden Sea National Park and the islands of Sylt and Rømø.

Arrive and feel good, time out in North Frisia

Vacation in the North Frisian expanse, right on the Danish border and close to the island and Hallig world, the Wadden Sea, but far away from the tourist hotspots. We live directly on the Wiedaudeich, which belongs to a large nature reserve with a fascinating birdlife and at the same time forms the border with Denmark. Here you can experience the famous sort sol, the black sun, in the spring and autumn, the breathtaking dance of ten thousand starlings in the evening sky.

Workation asked? Welcome to the open roof floor of our completely renovated country house in a secluded location in the bird sanctuary on the Danish border ... wild geese guaranteed. Up here you will be slowed down. Just come up - with time for yourself or for two. Dogs are also very welcome - space and nature without borders! And the fast fiber optic cable ensures the best internet connection. You don't need to bring much with you. Everything is ready.

Welcome to the farm Norderhesbüll farm! My guest room with kitchenette and private bathroom offers peace and an unobstructed view over the North Frisian Marschland. The courtyard is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding islands and Halligen, the Charlottenhof and the Nolde Museum. It is only 8 km to the Danish border. If you want to experience authentic Danish coziness, here is a unique opportunity. This is the original farmhouse for Kirkeskovgaard. The house was completely renovated in 2020. The home is located in scenic surroundings with direct views of several lakes, meadows and grazing Icelandic horses as well as a completely unique wildlife. If you need peace, quiet and space for recharging and reflection, then this is clearly a house for you.
