Stay a stoneโ€™s throw from Shakespeareโ€™s Birthplace

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeareโ€™s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. Itโ€™s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minuteโ€™s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. Weโ€™ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

The Garden Room

Newly built comfortable annexe connected to the side of a beautiful Georgian farmhouse. Double bedroom with lovely beams. Fitted with a small ensuite and a kitchenette fitted with a kettle, toaster, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination oven and fridge. Beautiful views of the countryside. Perfect for business trips and holidays all year round. We are close to Aston Martin and Land Rover, approx 3 miles off the M40 J12. 1.5-mile drive to the village which has a Co-Op and pub which does lovely food.

Fantastic light and bright apartment on two floors. Lounge with sofa and table/chair set ,TV and radiator. Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge and all necessary cooking utensils , cutlery and crockery. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. there is a beautiful en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower,toilet and wash-basin. Superb views from the bedroom over open fields. Off road parking. On pleasant road. Private access to apartment.
